The Partners of the firm are qualified and registered Insolvency Professionals with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India and spearhead the corporate and insolvency division of the firm.  

ADLO has been involved in several matters involving the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 representing both creditors as well as debtors before various National Company law and Appellate Tribunal. The Professionals have represented creditors in various sectors and have rendered advisory and consultancy services on various potential issues emanating under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 [“Code”].
